CK Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH founded in Georgsmarienhütte with four employees and two injection moulding machines (IMMs).
INITIAL CERTIFICATION
The company is awarded initial DIN ISO 9001 certification.
RENAMING
Renaming to Syntech Plastics GmbH.
START OF CONSTRUCTION
Construction work starts on our new production facility in Steinfeld.
RELOCATION
Syntech Plastics relocates from Georgsmarienhütte to Steinfeld. Production starts on Bergmannstraße.
EXPANSION
With expansion in full flow, additional storage space is required. A new warehouse is built.
EXPANSION
The production facility on Bergmannstraße is expanded with the takeover of an additional warehouse.
TRAINING
Syntech Plastics GmbH is officially recognised as a Chamber of Industry and Commerce training company.
CERTIFICATION
Initial DIN ISO 9001 certification for outstanding energy management awarded (renewed in 2017)
CERTIFICATION | EXPANSION
Syntech is awarded initial IATF TS 16949 certification, officially confirming its compliance with stringent automotive industry quality standards. | A new hall is completed, providing an additional 1,100 m² of warehousing and production space. | Machinery stock is increased to 29 IMMs with clamping force ranging from 6 to 1,500 tonnes (2K).
EXPANSION
Two new machines are added to the Syntech Plastics production halls. 31 IMMs are now used to provide a full range of services.
INNOVATION | EXPANSION
An air-conditioned clean room is set up with a view to extending our range of precision components, which require consistent production conditions regardless of environmental factors. | Storage space is increased by a further 2,500 m². | The machinery stock is increased to 33 machines. | IATF 16949 certification.

Initial investments have been made in a new production hall. A further five IMMs are being added to the machinery stock. Syntech Plastics now has 38 IMMs with clamping force ranging from 6 to 1,500 tonnes (2K). Further new developments are also planned before the end of this year. Stay tuned!
