INJECTION MOULDING

In addition to the standard injection moulding process, we use our modern facilities and production processes to offer coating, multi-component injection moulding, internal gas pressure injection moulding, and IML.

TOOLMAKING


We carry out professional tool repairs and maintenance in-house using a variety of techniques including laser welding, wire and sinker EDM, and CNC milling.


ASSEMBLY


At any time, we can quickly produce ready-to-use assemblies from individual components and, where required, further process them.



FINISHING


Through our long-standing partnerships, we also offer a finishing service and can have components pad printed, screen printed, hot stamped, electroplated or painted.
