Why do we describe ourselves as a one-stop shop? Because we can! We can look back confidently at hundreds of successfully completed projects. As well as showing the courage to adopt unconventional methods allowing us to respond extremely flexibly to customer requirements, our employees' skills have also played an important role in our company's success story since it was founded. Our transition from an injection moulding company to a full service provider has been possible due to the outstanding technical expertise shown by our fitters and fabricators. We can support your project from the initial concept to the finished component including planning, toolmaking, sampling, manufacturing, assembly and finishing.

Do you have a concept? We will gladly further develop it with you and draw up a roadmap including accurate estimates of all required resources. Planning also includes preparing any necessary design drawings for components and tools. If required, we can start your project with a workshop in our training and meeting rooms at which we will jointly identify key factors for successfully implementing your concept, set milestones, and prepare a binding work schedule for everyone involved.
In addition to the standard injection moulding process, our modern facilities and production processes enable us to offer coating, multi-component injection moulding, internal gas pressure injection moulding, and in-mould labelling (IML). We can therefore produce components weighing anything from 0.01 grams to 8 kilograms. Our injection moulding machines offer clamping force ranging from 6 to 1,500 tonnes (2K). Some of the product categories and industries for which we have used our expertise to produce injection moulded components in past decades include: the automotive industry, gardening and landscaping, agricultural machinery, electrical engineering, switching systems, the reusable packaging industry, the furniture industry, the construction industry, orthopaedic and medical engineering, the tobacco industry, filter systems, livestock breeding systems and feeding components, and household and lifestyle products.
We have our own industrial hall for toolmaking and maintenance. Here, we carry out all types of professional tool repairs and maintenance in-house using a variety of techniques including laser welding, wire and sinker EDM, and CNC milling. In addition to this, we can access further resources to perform unscheduled repairs and adjustments quickly and flexibly through a partnership with a toolmaking expert whose premises are adjacent to our site.
When producing samples, Syntech Plastics does not need to encroach on everyday production and potentially disrupt orders. We have a dedicated injection moulding machine for sampling, which is set up in the industrial hall. This enables staff assigned to this process to focus exclusively on the sampling process far from the hustle and bustle of everyday production in halls 1, 2 and 3.
The assembly department is a perfect example of a one-stop shop. At any time, we can quickly produce ready-to-use assemblies from individual components and, where required, further process them. We have installed fully equipped assembly areas on site enabling us to assemble multi-component injection moulded products without any difficulty. This saves you unnecessary logistics costs and vehicle use (which is good for the budget and also reduces your carbon footprint). Get a quote for component assembly at our site. Through our long-standing partnerships with recognised plastics finishing experts, we also offer a finishing service and can have components pad printed, screen printed, hot stamped, electroplated or painted.
